St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Deciding on how to deal with the overseas voters is expected to be one of the thorny issues as the Team Unity administration presses ahead with promised electoral reform.

In the Electoral Reform Chapter of the coalition’s 2015 manifesto, no mention was made on how that particular matter would be dealt with.

WINN FM asked Attorney General Vincent Byron whether the reforms would cater for Kittitians and Nevisians in the diaspora who want to return home to vote in general elections.

Would they be allowed to continue to do so under the planned reforms.
