BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, September 12, 2019(SKNVIBES)
The decentralisation of Prime Minister’s activities through Prime Minister’s one-on-one consultations with constituents in the various constituencies is an avenue the Dr Harris-led Team Unity Administration is pursuing to ensure it is a government that is always rooted in the people.Prime Minister Dr the Hon Timothy Harris, who is also the National Political Leader of the Peoples Labour Party (PLP), made the observation on Wednesday September 11 after highly successful Prime Minister’s one-on-one consultations with the people of West Basseterre.
A large number of citizens and residents from all areas of West Basseterre, and even from outside the constituency, thronged the office of Senator Byron-Nisbett who is also the Deputy National Political Leader of the Peoples Labour Party. The number was quite overwhelming, and the Prime Minister promised those who were not able to see him that he would schedule time to meet with them. The office, at CMR Building in Lime Kiln Commercial Development, also serves as PLP Constituency Number Three Branch office.
